MTM Sample Feedback Photo Set: What to Send the Factory
After a client tries on an MTM sample, the feedback you send decides how well the next piece fits. Vague messages lead to guesses. This post gives a standard feedback package. (For reading wrinkles on the body, see our post on try-on wrinkles and posture notes — this one is about the format.)

Confirmation in writing
We reply with the changes we will make, in writing, on WhatsApp +65 8013 8838. The clock for the next piece starts after that confirmation and the lock.
Sample: 7–14 days
Production: 14–21 days
Both clocks count from the point measurements, cloth and construction are locked. Production days are not delivery days; shipping is separate and is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp +65 8013 8838.

MTM from 1 piece — individual client orders and trial pieces
Bulk from 50 pieces per style — private-label and core-style runs
Feedback on an MTM sample can lead to another sample or straight to production — say which you want. Bulk from 50 still needs a sealed reference; do not treat messy photo feedback as a bulk handoff.

What not to send
Voice notes without a written summary
Cropped photos that hide the hem or collar
"Make it nicer" without a where / what / want line
Mixed clients in one album without labels
Shop example — clean feedback package
Subject line or first WhatsApp line: "Client A / sample PO-xxx / feedback." Then the seven photos, then a table (or bullets) of issues, then "Please confirm changes in writing before recut." That package is what restarts a clean lock.

Can I send only a voice note? Send a written summary too. We confirm changes in writing before the next cut.
Does feedback restart the clock? The next piece's clock starts after the revised lock (measurements + cloth + construction) is confirmed.
Do I need a new sample every time? Not always — say whether you want another sample (7–14) or production (14–21) after the confirmed changes.
