How a garment is made and locked for your shop — construction choice, sealed sample, factory QC against that seal, then export. Written specs before we cut. Your label. Workshop in Baodi, Tianjin.

1) Specs & construction
Country, shop type, MTM or bulk, monthly volume, construction (fused / half canvas / full canvas). WhatsApp +65 8013 8838 — reply within 12 hours on business days.
2) Fabric & pattern lock
Partner/house programs or your cloth. Measurement forms or agreed blocks. Fit intent written before sample cut.
3) Sample cut
One MTM sample in 7–14 days after measurements and fabric are confirmed. Fee quoted before start. See Sample Policy.
4) Seal the sample
Approve sealed sample in writing. Then produce: 14–21 days after confirmation.
5) QC vs seal → ship
Factory QC vs sealed sample. Third-party inspection on request. Ship to your terms.
