Q: What is your MOQ?
A: MTM / made-to-order from 1 piece. Bulk OEM from 50 units.
Q: What is your standard lead time?
A: Production lead time is typically 14–21 days after measurements, fabric, and order details are confirmed. Sample suits: 7–14 days after the same confirmation.
Q: How do you handle fit and pattern revisions?
A: We work from your measurement form or agreed blocks. Fit intent and revision rounds are agreed in writing before the sample is cut. Extra revision rounds after the sealed sample are quoted case by case — we do not leave “unlimited free remakes” as a vague promise.
Q: Can we arrange QC or third-party inspection before shipment?
A: Yes. We run factory QC against the sealed sample and agreed construction. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or your appointed inspector) can be arranged; who pays is agreed on the quote. Share your AQL or checklist early.
Q: What if something is wrong after delivery?
A: Responsibility follows the sealed sample and written specs. Manufacturing defects under agreed terms are handled with repair, remake, or credit as documented on the order. Transit damage is handled under the shipping terms you choose. Details are confirmed before deposit.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Partner payment terms are confirmed on each written quote (deposit / balance typical for export OEM). We do not publish a one-size schedule that may not match your program. Ask on WhatsApp for the terms that apply to sample vs bulk.
Q: Will you protect our patterns, blocks, and brand assets?
A: Yes. We do not resell or reuse a client’s patterns, blocks, or labels for other shops. A written NDA is available on request. Your private-label direction stays yours.
