How a custom shop starts with Shi Yuan — from first WhatsApp brief to repeat orders under your label. We write what you send, how we update you in English, and when bulk begins. Written specs before we cut.

Five steps
1) First brief
Tell us country, shop type, MTM or bulk, monthly volume, and construction preference (fused / half canvas / full canvas).

2) What you send
Choose mill-book fabric or send your own. Share measurement forms or agreed blocks. Fit intent and revision rounds are written down before the sample is cut.
3) Trial sample
One made-to-measure sample suit in 7–14 days after measurements and fabric are confirmed.
Fee and shipping are quoted on WhatsApp before we start. See Sample Policy.
4) Approve & start bulk
Approve the sealed sample in writing. Then we produce: standard lead time 14–21 days after confirmation.
Extra revision rounds after seal are quoted case by case.
5) Repeat & ship
Factory QC against the sealed sample and agreed construction. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or your inspector) on request.
We ship to your terms; transit damage follows the shipping terms you choose.
