How it speeds up a repeat order
Send the record with the new order on WhatsApp. If nothing changed, say so. If the client's weight or preferences changed, note it. We confirm the locked details in writing, then the clock starts.

A Chicago custom shop with twenty repeat MTM clients can paste the same six fields into each WhatsApp brief and cut the "which version did we approve?" back-and-forth. Repeat pieces stay on MTM from 1; if a house style later becomes a private-label run, open bulk from 50 with its own sealed sample — do not reuse a single client's fit record as a size-set.

Does a repeat order still need a lock? Yes. Even with a fit record, measurements + cloth + construction must be confirmed in writing before the clock starts.
