What stays the same on both tracks
The clocks: sample 7–14 days, production 14–21 days, counted after measurements, cloth and construction are locked.
Production days are not delivery days. Add your freight and customs lines from your carrier.
One sealed reference: a sample or an approved first piece that the rest of the order is checked against.
Holiday timing note
Group orders tend to lock later than single orders because someone is always missing a measurement. Lock the people you have, and treat late joiners as separate MTM pieces rather than holding the group. For December dates, work back from the event using our black-tie cutoff sheet.
