Boutique approval sequence
Send mill code or CMT note + a physical or couriered swatch when you can.
Cut the sample after measurements, cloth and construction are locked (sample 7–14 days from that lock).
Approve shade + texture in writing (short punch list below).
Seal the sample (and keep the swatch card with it).
Reorders and bulk from 50 follow the seal; ask for dye-lot notes in writing when continuity matters.
