Cloth Swatch Approval Before the Sample Clock Starts
Shops sometimes ask for a sample while cloth is still “probably fine.” That creates a sample that cannot be a fair seal. This page separates swatch approval, meterage and CMT handoff — and restates when our sample clock starts.

When the sample clock starts
Published rule: sample 7–14 days and production 14–21 days count after measurements, cloth and construction are locked. A swatch conversation alone does not start the clock.

Do you keep a public stock list? No. Availability is per-order in writing.
Can we approve colour from a phone photo only? Photos help; a physical swatch or confirmed mill code is safer before a sealed sample.
Does indent time sit inside 14–21? No. Clocks start after cloth lock.
