Which three cloth routes can a named-cloth order take?

• Route 1 — factory-held cloth: Cloth already at the factory, matched to your swatch — Clock can start once measurements and construction are locked
• Route 2 — ordered from the mill for your order: Article number, colour code and metres ordered from the mill or its merchant — Clock starts when the cut arrives at the factory and is checked

What should a named-cloth request contain?

• Mill and bunch name, exactly as printed on the bunch
• Article number and colour code (one article per line)
• Metres needed per garment set, for example jacket + trousers, or with a waistcoat or a second pair of trousers
• A photo of the bunch swatch sent as a WhatsApp Document, so the colour is not compressed
• Which route (1, 2 or 3) you are asking for, and a written reply on availability before you promise the client a date

Where exactly does the clock start?

On every route the sample clock (7–14 days) starts when measurements, cloth and construction (fused / half canvas / full canvas) are all locked. On routes 2 and 3, the cloth is not locked until it is physically at the factory and checked, so mill dispatch and transit sit before day 1. Production (14–21 days) runs after sample approval. Production days are not delivery days.
