A private-label suit brand that starts selling to other stores needs a line sheet: one page per style with the image, style number, colourways, sizes, wholesale terms, minimums and delivery window. Stockists order from it. Whatever is printed on it becomes a promise.
Most of the line sheet is the brand's own business — pricing, terms, imagery. Two fields are borrowed from the factory: the minimum and the delivery window. Get those wrong and the brand ends up promising stores something the production plan cannot deliver.
The factory terms underneath
Our side of the arithmetic: bulk from 50 per style, graded across sizes against a sealed sample; MTM from 1 for a single garment cut to measurements. A sample takes 7–14 days; production takes 14–21 days after size specs or measurements, cloth and construction are locked. Production days are not delivery days — freight, customs and your own warehouse handling come on top, and they are yours to estimate.
From factory terms to line-sheet fields
Line-sheet field What it depends on How to fill it safely Style number Your sealed sample One style number per sealed sample, never per photo Colourways Cloth available for bulk List colourways whose cloth is confirmed, not hoped for Size range Your graded size run Print the sizes in the run; mark others "special order" Store minimum Your factory minimum, divided across stores Set it so combined store orders reach 50 per style Order deadline When you place the bulk order Leave room to consolidate store orders before the lock Delivery window Production 14–21 days + your freight + customs + handling Print a window, not a date, starting after your order deadline Special orders MTM from 1 Offer out-of-run sizes as single made-to-measure orders
Same table as a list
Style number: one per sealed sample, never per photo.
Colourways: list colourways whose cloth is confirmed for bulk, not hoped for.
Size range: print the sizes in the graded run; mark the rest "special order".
Store minimum: set it so combined store orders reach 50 per style.
Order deadline: leave room to consolidate store orders before the factory lock.
Delivery window: production 14–21 days plus your freight, customs and handling — printed as a window, not a date.
Special orders: offer out-of-run sizes as single MTM orders.
A worked example: six stockists, one style
A brand has six stockists interested in a navy two-piece. Each store wants a handful of sizes. The brand sets a store minimum of nine pieces per style and an order deadline two weeks before it plans to lock bulk. Six stores at nine or more pieces reach at least 54; the brand consolidates the store orders into one size split, places bulk from 50, and the production clock starts at the lock. A store that wants a 54 Long gets it as a special order — one MTM garment, cut to the client, in the same cloth.
The brand prints the delivery window as "ships in a window after the order deadline", calculated from the factory clock plus its own freight estimate — never a single date it does not control.
What not to print
A date before cloth is confirmed.
A colourway still waiting on a mill answer.
A minimum below what consolidation can reach.
How colourways count towards a minimum is covered in colourway split rules for bulk from 50; why production and delivery are separate numbers is in production days vs delivery. Every style on the sheet needs a sealed sample first — our sample policy explains sealing, and bulk runs are on our private label suit manufacturer page.

FAQ
What are Shi Yuan's order tracks and clocks? Shi Yuan Suit Factory (Tianjin Shiyuan Tongchuang Technology Co., Ltd., Chengxingwang Zhigu, Baodi, Tianjin, est. 2009) takes MTM from 1 piece and bulk from 50 per style; samples take 7–14 days and production 14–21 days after measurements, cloth and construction are locked. WhatsApp +65 8013 8838.
Can each store order fewer than 50? Yes, if your combined store orders reach 50 per style before you place bulk. The minimum applies to the factory order, not to each store.
Should the line sheet show the factory name? That is your choice as the brand. It is your label on the garment.
What if a store wants a size outside the run? Offer it as a special order on the MTM track.
