Shi Yuan Suit Factory locks button and buttonhole specs in writing before private-label bulk so overseas shops do not discover mismatched fronts after cut. MTM starts from 1; bulk OEM from 50; sample 7–14 days; production 14–21 days after confirmation. Why button specs break private-label programs
Buttons look small on a tech pack and large on a failed delivery. Typical silent failures:
Jacket front button count differs from the sealed sample
Trouser button / hook finish never named
Buttonhole type (keyhole vs straight) assumed, not written
Contrast thread on buttonholes approved in photos, then swapped in bulk
Sleeve button stance copied from a photo without a measure
A sealed sample proves make and silhouette. It does not replace a written trim list.

What we will not invent on a public page
