Shi Yuan Suit Factory can discuss partial delivery or split shipment on bulk OEM when the split is agreed in writing before production confirmation—bulk starts from 50. MTM from 1; sample 7–14 days; production 14–21 days after confirmation. We serve overseas custom shops, MTM boutiques, and private-label brands—not C-end retail.

What buyers usually mean
Two related asks:
Partial delivery — ship part of one confirmed PO when ready; remainder later
Split shipment — same PO, two (or more) consignments to one or more addresses
Neither is automatic. Both need qty by size, addresses, and Incoterm clarity on WhatsApp (then email if you want a paper trail). Partner pricing remains ex-works on request unless another term is written.
When a split helps
Soft launch: first door gets early units; second door waits
Fabric arrives in two lots and you refuse to mix lots in one carton set
Cash or warehouse timing on your side
Different label languages for two destination markets on one make
When a split hurts:
Size runs too thin to split without breaking grade balance
Labels/hangtags not ready for the first wave
You expected one freight quote but created two shipments without saying so
Wave 1 ships before you finished seal decisions on trims
What to confirm before the production clock
Put this in one message:
Total order qty (must still meet bulk from 50 unless you are on MTM-from-1 path)
Wave 1 qty by size / SKU
Wave 2 qty by size / SKU
Each ship-to address
Whether waves share one fabric lot
Incoterm per wave (often EXW unless written otherwise)
Whether packing list and QC photos are required per wave
Construction: fused / half canvas / full canvas
Production 14–21 days after confirmation applies to the confirmed scope. A late change to the split can reset confirmation for the affected wave.
Sample still comes first for new programs
New private-label or new construction: sample 7–14 days, seal, then bulk. Do not ask for split bulk before a seal unless you already have a sealed reference from a prior agreed program.
Sample fee / shipping: quoted on WhatsApp. Sample fee credit to first bulk: only when agreed in writing.
