Shi Yuan Suit Factory can work from paper patterns you ship and digitize them into a workable CAD/cut path when the pieces, grain, and size intent are confirmed in writing. MTM from 1; bulk OEM from 50; sample 7–14 days; production 14–21 days after confirmation. We serve overseas custom shops, MTM boutiques, and private-label brands—not C-end retail shoppers.

What “digitization” means here
Digitization means we capture your physical pattern pieces into a digital form suitable for sample and later bulk grading—after you confirm which size is the master and how ease should read. It is not a promise that every historical house block will cut perfectly on the first try without a sample.
What to send with paper patterns
Courier destination:
Building 3, Park 2, Chengxingwang Zhigu, Jingjin Zhongguancun Science Park, Baodi District, Tianjin, China.
Spell Chengxingwang exactly. On the airway bill, write your shop/brand + “patterns for sample.”
Include in WhatsApp before or with the parcel:
Which garment (jacket, trouser, vest) and which size is master
Seam allowance already in / to be added (state units)
Grain / nap / stripe-match notes
Construction preference: fused / half canvas / full canvas
Fabric path for the first sample
Whether you also send a reference garment
Incomplete pattern sets (missing facing, collar, waistband) pause the clock until you confirm substitutes.
Sample path after patterns arrive
1. Patterns matched to your WhatsApp brief
2. Digitize / check pieces against your notes
3. Fabric + measurements or size intent confirmed
4. Sample: 7–14 days after confirmation
5. You review fit and make; seal or request a quoted revision
6. Bulk from 50 when ready: 14–21 days after confirmation
Sample fee and shipping are quoted on WhatsApp. Credit toward first bulk applies only when agreed in writing.
CAD files you already own
If you already have digital patterns (DXF or your CAD export), say so in the first message. We still need master size, seam rules, and construction named—file format alone is not a tech pack.
What we will not claim
We do not invent “guaranteed zero-revision” digitization, IP brag lists, or capacity/headcount marketing on this page. Pattern work is confirmed case by case.
